Wine & Food Week Celebrates 20 YEARS

​Celebrating 20 years as one of the region’s top culinary and wine events, Wine & Food Week returns June 3 - 9 with A Gem of a Celebration, underscoring the strength and vitality found in the heart of the wine and food industry. Featuring hundreds of wines, twenty special guests, a list of fresh culinary faces, and new event experiences, get ready to raise a glass to a culinary gem. For wine and food lovers, this event is an absolute must!

Throughout the 20-year history of Wine & Food Week the mission has been to celebrate and recognize talented industry individuals shaping the food scene. This year Wine & Food Week announced that it will be inducting power food couple Chris Shepherd and Lindsey Brown into the Wine & Food Week Hall of Fame for their decades of culinary achievements including the formation of the Southern Smoke Foundation, which Chris and Lindsey cofounded and Lindsey currently oversees. Southern Smoke has distributed more than $11.3 million directly to people in the food and beverage industry in need via the Emergency Relief Fund.

And just as a gem sparkles in the sunlight, so does Wine & Food Week illuminate our hearts. Here’s to the past, the present, and the promise of many more years of culinary brilliance,” exclaimed McDerby.

Wine Around The World Wednesday

Get ready to travel around the world with your own tour guide. No passport required. Just bring along your tastebuds and a friend, for this international wine-tasting experience. Nosh on lite bites with international foods paired with each wine. Knowledgeable wine experts will be on hand to walk you through the wines exploring the wine industry in the country of origin. 

THURSDAY, JUNE 6
Get Frosted at Rosé Way

Step into your pink mode and get ready to sparkle at this year’s Rosé Way. Rosé wines, sparkling wines and trending sweet wines will flow as guests enjoy getting their posh on with a fashion show, beauty experiences, music, door prizes and more. Plus have your photo taken in sparkly gems and bid on a Smokin’ Hot Chef Culinary Experience to benefit the Southern Smoke Foundation.

Ladies of the Vine Tasting, Luncheon & Panel Discussion
